Territory Sales Manager - Powersports

Job Description:

We’re expanding our team and hiring multiple Territory Sales Managers to drive new business and grow relationships with Powersport dealers nationwide. This is an outside sales role for professionals who thrive on building long-term partnerships, hunting new opportunities, and delivering measurable results. We’re accepting resumes from candidates across the country to build a national pipeline of top talent — when the right territories become available, we’ll be ready to act quickly. We’re looking for industry experts with a deep understanding of B2B sales, wholesale market dynamics, operational efficiencies, and dealer needs. You should be organized, strategic, and bring a leadership mindset. Someone who can deliver results while maintaining credibility and trust with dealers.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and grow existing accounts by building strong relationships with Powersport dealers.
  • Maintain credibility and trust with dealers through a current understanding of Powersport sales and market dynamics.
  • Understand dealer challenges and provide solutions for inventory, consignment, and cash flow.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for territory growth.
  • Be actively involved in the auction process to ensure dealers receive exceptional service.
  • Analyze dealer inventory and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations and transportation teams to ensure smooth consignment pickup and delivery.
  • Frequent correspondence with dealers, primarily via onsite visits and field meetings.
  • Travel up to 70% of the time to meet with clients, attend events, and support business growth.
  • Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track activity, sales performance, and forecasting, including weekly nationwide sales calls, monthly sales forecasts, and quarterly client/territory reviews.

Requirements:

  • Direct experience with Powersport or motorcycle dealers.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Able to analyze data, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.

Pay: $75,000–$100,000+ per year (base salary plus uncapped commission).

Motorcycle and Powersport Service Advisor/Inventory Specialist

Summary of Position:

This person is responsible for reviewing condition reports, transit aging, repair orders, handling of auction day prepping, and weekly reporting for a specific internal department.

Employee Responsibilities:

  • Be courteous and respectful to fellow employees and customers
  • Use company equipment for company purposes only
  • Operate company vehicles safely and within their intended purpose

Job Responsibilities:


General
  • Have a good working knowledge of computers
  • Have a good working knowledge of powersport related vehicles and their mechanical operation

Mechanical & Operational

  • Check the mechanical condition of each vehicle and report as necessary into our internal management system
  • Review the overall condition of each unit with accuracy
  • Communicate and identify discrepancies and fix as necessary
  • Monitoring the auction placement of vehicles as required and planned by Management

Transportation Driver

Employee Responsibilities:

  • Required to load, strap down and unload powersport units
  • Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public
  • Manage routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible
  • Company equipment and computers must be used for company purposes only
  • Company vehicles must be operated safely and within their intended purpose
  • Dress appropriately to your particular job duties and within the parameters of our current employee manual, (No open toed shoes in warehouse)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily inspection of your vehicle and report any issues immediately
  • Have a good working knowledge of powersport related vehicles and their mechanical operation, not required
  • Must be able to handle a 2-wheel motorcycle, will be trained
  • Required to load, strap, and unload powersport units
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
  • Must be able to push a rolling motorcycle with relative ease
  • Help unload/load vehicles from trucks and trailers as needed
  • Must not be sensitive to chemicals, cleaners, and fuel fumes
  • Responsible for all company equipment and tools associated with specific job

Transportation Specialist/Administrative Assistant

Summary of Position:

The Transportation Administrative Assistant works with a team in order to take incoming information and route it through our system and assign carriers based on location. Each assistant is responsible for a specific territory and list of carriers. This position is instrumental in optimizing NPA’s transportation network and enables a fast, efficient, and cost effective supply chain.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers as it relates to the routing and delivery of powersports related products.
  • Complete daily tasks in a timely manner. This includes phone calls, data entry, and problem resolution.
  • Work/communicate with Carriers to facilitate the timely delivery and/or re-routing of units to their intended destinations
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding delivery status of their inventory

Position Qualifications:

  • Solid interpersonal skills with demonstrated skill-sets to work with a multidisciplinary team to get results
  • Above average problem-solving ability
  • Capability to embrace ambiguity and flourish in open-ended projects
  • Well-developed verbal and written skills

Telemarketing Representative

Summary of Position:

The position of a Marketing Representative consists of contacting and notifying dealers about upcoming auctions and events. The job also requires writing emails, managing accounts, receiving inbound calls, and marketing services we offer. We are non-scripted and thrive on building a friendly, but professional relationship with all of our clients. Our customers have gone through a registration process to hold an account with us so very rarely will there be cold calls to make.


Job Description:

  • Interact with customers via outbound and some inbound telephone calls to provide information and assistance
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service - Inputting a record of all customer interactions
  • Use our computer system to track and gather information
